We were honored to be invited to this year’s NERC Human Performance conference. Over 75 utility professionals attended our 4-hour workshop where we explored the role of Character in driving a high reliability safety culture.  Over 95% of the participants responded that character is foundational to successful deployment of human performance initiatives.
